摘　　要：在陇东老区,毛泽东度过了他一生最艰苦的长征的最后岁月。此后,在陕甘宁边区时期,毛泽东又直接领导陇东军民开展了艰苦的革命工作。在艰难困苦的环境中,毛泽东始终坚持一切为了人民根本利益的信念,与人民群众同甘共苦。在毛泽东的培育下,陇东解放区党的干部和群众始终保持了艰苦奋斗的优良传统。It was in Longd on garea that Mao Zedong worked through the last and hardest months of the Long Ma rch. Mao Zedong was very strict with himself and set a good example to the other comrades on all occasions, shared all the ups and downs of life with the masse s. All the Party members and masses of the liberated areas in Longdong were greatly inspired by his style of plain living and hard struggle.
