摘　　要：侵害人民警察执法权益案件的多发,不仅使正常的警务执法活动受到干扰,更危及到法律的尊严。现有的人民警察执法权益保障体系,特别是其法律保障亟待加强。构建系统、明晰的警察职权保障的法律体系,完善警察职务防卫权的立法,对侵犯警察执法权益的行为加大制裁力度,是加强法律保障的主要内容。The frequent violation of police rights and interests in their law-enforcement practice has not only disturbed their proper law-enforcing policing activities but also endangered the dignity of law.So,it is necessary to enforce the current guarantee system especially the legal guarantee for police rights and interests in law-enforcement practice To construct a systematic,clear legal system for guaranteeing police duties and power,perfect the legislation of police rights of profession,defense and increase the strength of sanction upon those behaviors of infringing police law-enforcement power totally constitutes the main contents of enforcement of law guarantee.
