摘 要:利用AFLP分子标记技术,选用8对EcoR I/M seI的引物组合,对不同生境类型的48份扁穗牛鞭草种质资源进行分析,共扩增出可辨认带312条,其中多态性带285条,平均每对引物得到35.6条多态性带,多态性达88.60%,48份野生牛鞭草材料的相似系数范围0.6867-0.9090,遗传距离为0.3133-0.1810。结果说明西南地区野生扁穗牛鞭草具有丰富的遗传基础和遗传多样性,加强西南地区扁穗牛鞭草种质资源系统化研究,对于资源的保护,优质、高产、适应性强新品种的选育及畜牧业的发展都具有重大意义。AFLP marker technique was used to analyze the genetic diversity of 48 wild resources of Hemarthria Compressa from different habitat in southwest region of China.With eight AFLP primer combinations of EcoRI/MseI,312 identifiable AFLP amplified bands were obtained,including 285 polymorphic bands with an average of 35.6 per primer combination and the polymorphism of 88.60%.Meanwhile,the similarity coefficient of 0.6867-0.9090 and genetic distance of 0.3133-0.1810 were obtained for the 48 wild resources.All these showed that these resources of H.Compressa in southwest of China had abundant hereditary basis and genetic diversity.Therefore,it was very significant to emphasize on studying about these wild resource,which may effectively protect wild resources,breed new varieties and develop animal husbandry.
