包头地区篮球后备人才的培养现状及对策

摘　　要：采用文献资料调研、调查访问、数理统计等方法,对内蒙古自治区包头市篮球后备人才培养的的现状进行了综合调查分析。结果表明,目前包头市篮球后备人才培养应进一步加强“体、教结合”的道路,逐步理顺人才输送渠道,培育体育人才交流市场,大力提高教练员的素质。By using the method of documentary,investigation interview,mathematical statistics,this article makes on overall investigation on present situation of the development of basketball sports talent in Baotou Inner Mongolia autonomic region.The result shows that the development basketball sports talents should strengthen the“combination of sports and teaching”perfect the transfer channels gradually,to set up talent exchange market,to enhance the coach's quality.
