大学新生思想教育工作的有效途径探微

摘　　要：大学新生入学后,面对环境的诸多改变,心理上难免会发生某些变化,易导致各种心理问题的产生。针对新生各自特点特长,开展各种丰富活泼的入学教育及心理健康教育,培养学习兴趣,发挥新生中入党积极分子的作用,顺利完成新生角色转变,以帮助新生尽快适应大学生活。After entering the University,freshmen will face a good many changes about the surroundings,as well as the changes about their mentality of course,so it is so easy to cause different kinds of mentality problems.According to the freshmen have characters and specialty of themselves,developing all kinds of entrance education and mentality health education,cultivating an interest in study,bring into play freshmen's action of enthusiast to joining the Party,successfully completing the changes of freshmen roles,helping them to adapt themselves to he new college life and improve their qualities completely.
