摘　　要：法律的模糊性是由语言的局限性、认识的局限性、社会的多变性和复杂性、主体能力的差异性和立法的技术性决定的。法律解释是走近法律确定性的途径,实现法律解释的有效性是判断法律确定性的形式标准。同时提高适法者素质,保证法官独立,也是行之有效的举措。Uncertainty of law is caused by imperfection of language,limitation of cognition,variety and complexity of society,difference of everyone's ability and legislative technique.Pursuit of Certainty of law is holy duty and obligation of us lawmen.Legal interpretation is the pass to certainty of law,where,definitely,there are three main path.Realizing effectiveness of legal interpretation is the formal criterion that judges certainty of law.Improve people's quality who apply law,and ensure judge's indepedence.
