浅谈西藏社会主义新农村建设

摘　　要：目前,西藏正在进行着社会主义新农村建设的伟大实践。西藏社会主义新农村建设具有划时代的重要意义。但由于历史和社会的种种因素影响,西藏社会主义新农村建设中面临很多困难和问题,文章针对这些问题进行了西藏社会主义新农村建设的着力点分析。The Tibet socialism new rural reconstruction is the Tibet comprehensive construction well-off society's inevitably request,Is constructs the socialism harmonious society the important constituent,West further implements the big development significant strategy.But as a result of historical and reality all sorts of reasons,the Tibet new rural reconstruction is facing very many difficulties and the question.Therefore,the Tibet socialism new rural reconstruction needs to act according to the Tibet actual special area sentiment,acts as circumstances permit,take enjoys a good and prosperous life as the breach,exerts oneself improves the herdsman to produce the living condition;Take develops the characteristic industry as the direction,the acceleration adjustment optimization agriculture industrial structure;Clears take the Qinghai and Xizang railroad as the turning point,enhances the herdsman to receive by any means possible;Take the intelligence development as the backing,trains the new herdsman;Take strengthens the government service function as the goal,the display basic-level party organization's key role.
