“心俞”-“厥阴俞”贴敷强心卡帖对家兔心肌缺血时心脏功能活动的影响研究

摘　　要：目的观察穴位贴敷强心卡帖对缺血心脏电活动、机械活动、缺血边缘区心肌代谢及结构损伤的影响。方法①生理实验部分36只家兔随机分为对照组、贴敷一周实验组(简称周实验组)、贴敷一月实验组(月实验组),每组12例;②形态学实验部分33例,分为正常对照组(n=3)、缺血对照组(n=10)、周实验组(n=10)、月实验组(n=10)。结扎冠状动脉左心室支10 min再松结,造成急性心肌缺血(AMI)再灌注的模型。强心卡帖连续贴敷于相当于“心俞”-“厥阴俞”的部位。结果①生理实验的结果表明:月实验组的ECG-ST、LVP、MAP,周实验组的MAP的恢复明显优于对照组(P<0.05);②周实验组和月实验组乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)、糖原(Glyco-gen)、腺苷三磷酸酶(ATPase)的反应、吸光密度在一定程度上高于缺血对照组。结论穴位贴敷强心卡帖可改善缺血心脏的电活动与机械活动、增强缺血边缘区心肌代谢,减轻心肌的结构性损伤。Objective To observe the effect of application of"Qiang Xin Ka Tie"(Plaster for Strengthening Cardiac Performance) at"Xinshu"(BL 15) and"Jueyinshu"(BL 14) on cardiac electrical activity,mechanical activity,myocardial metabolism and structural change in the myocardial ischemia-reperfusion rabbits.Methods ①In the first part of the study,36 rabbits were randomly divided into control group,one-week treatment(1-W-T) group and one-month treatment(1-M-T) group,with 12 cases being in each group;and in the second part of this study,33 rabbits were randomized into normal control group(n=3),model group(n=10),1-W-T group(n=10) and 1-M-T group(n=10).Acute myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury model was established by occlusion of the left ventricular branch of the coronary artery and reperfusion."Qiang Xin Ka Tie"was applied to bilateral"Xinshu"(BL 15) and"Jueyinshu"(BL 14) continuously for one week and one month in 1-W-T groups and 1-M-T groups before experiments.Results Findings of the physiological experiments showed that the recovery situations of ECG-ST,left ventricular pressure(LVP) and mean arterial pressure(MAP) of 1-M-T group,and MAP of 1-W-T group were significantly superior to those of control group(P<0.05);results of histochemical experiments displayed that the staining of lactic dehydrogenase(LDH), succinate dehydrogenase(SDH),ATPase and glycogen was heavier and their lightabsorption density of 1-W-T group and 1-M-T group were higher than those of model group to a certain degree.No significant difference was found between two treatment groups.Conclusion Acupoint application of "Qiang Xin Ka Tie" can function in improving the cardiac electrical and mechanical activities,strengthening myocardial substantial metabolism in the marginal part of the ischemic region,and lightening myocardial ischemic injury in rabbits.
