福莫特罗治疗儿童哮喘疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察福莫特罗干粉治疗儿童哮喘急性发作及长期控制的疗效。方法通过随机分组,将98例患儿分为二组,观察组:48例,给予福莫特罗干粉4.5μg,加布地奈德干粉100μg,早晚2次吸入;对照组给予布地奈德干粉200μg,早晚2次吸入。观察用药前、后患儿症状、体征(咳嗽、喘息、喘鸣音)改善情况及FEV1%、PEF%评估。结果治疗后观察组、对照组患儿的临床症状、体征及FEV1%、PEF%均有明显改善(P<0.001)。观察组临床症状、体征改善,优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论应用小剂量福莫特罗加小剂量吸入性激素与对照组双倍剂量吸入激素疗效相似,副作用少,不但可以在哮喘急性发作期应用,而且可以在儿童哮喘长期防治中应用,依从性高,并可减轻家长对大剂量激素的恐惧心理,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effects treating children asthma in acute period or for long-term controlling by Formoterol powder.Methods Ninety-eight cases have been devided into two groups in random.The treating group,48 cases of them,inhaled 4.5μg of Formoterol powder and 100μg Budesonide BID in the morning and at night.The contrast group inhaled 200μg of Budesonids BID in the morning and at night.We observe the improvement of the patients′ symtoms,signs (eg.Cough,puff,stridor) after the application and evaluate the FEV_1% and PEF%.Results The patients′ symtoms,sings and FEV_1%,PEF% of both groups have been singificantly improved (P< 0.001).But the improvement of the patient′s symtoms and sings in the treating group is better than those of the contrast group(P< 0.01).Conclusions The effects by small dose of Formoterol with small dose of corticosteroids are similar to the contrast group by double dose of corticosteroids and have little side-effect.It can be applied in the acute period of asthma.However,it can applied in Children′s long-term treating.It is worthy of applying in the clinic for it will relieve the parents′ frightenness of mass dose of corticosteroids.
