摘　　要：为了实现基于计算机的楼控子系统在BACnet上面的集成,需要用软件的方法构造BACnet的协议栈。BACnet应用层服务是BACnet中最为核心的内容,而APDU编码的实现是应用层服务实现的基础。阐述了BACnet应用层编码的基本原理,介绍了一种应用面向对象方法构造APDU编码的方法。采用读属性(ReadProperty)服务作为编码的例子,详细说明了应用层服务编码的过程。根据这种构造方法,能够方便地在计算机上面实现BACnet的协议栈。In order to integrate sub-system of building automation, it's necessary to implement BACnet protocol by software. BACnet application service is the basis of BACnet, while the basis of application service is APDU encoding. The theory of BACnet Application Layer encoding is introduced, and a way to construct BACnet APDU based on OOA&D is given. ReadProperty service are used to show the whole process of BACnet-APDU encoding. It is easy to implement BACnet protocol in computer.
