摘  要:用密闭不透明箱-气相色谱法对三江平原典型类型湿地-毛果苔草沼泽和小叶章湿草甸CH4排放进行了观测研究,结果表明:水分条件是决定湿地CH4产生与排放的基础,在充分积水的条件下,毛果苔草沼泽CH4排放与气温的季节变化同步,小叶章湿地CH4排放受水分条件的限制;毛果苔草沼泽CH4主要产生在5 cm以下的深层,与地下5 cm地温显著相关,小叶章湿草甸CH4主要产生在土壤浅层,与气温和地表温度相关性较高;毛果苔草沼泽和小叶章湿草甸贴地气层中植物冠层附近CH4浓度相对比较高.Using the static chamber-gas chromatography method,the fluxes of methane from the two typical wetlands(perennial waterlogged Carex lasiocarpa marsh,seasonal waterlogged Deyeuxia angustifolia wet meadow) as the study sites in the Sanjiang plain.The results were shown that water is the base of the wetlands methane emission,the seasonal variety of methane flux from Carex lasiocarpa marsh is isochronous with the air temperature,methane flux from Deyeuxia angustifolia wet meadow is control by water condition.Methane flux from Carex lasiocarpa marsh was conducted below the 5?cm deep in soil,and remarkable correlation with 5?cm soil temperature.Methane flux from Deyeuxia angustifolia wet meadow was conducted at the soil surface,and remarkable correlation with air temperature and soil surface temperature.The highest methane concentration is at the canopy of Carex lasiocarpa and Deyeuxia angustifolia population.
