摘 要:以共沉淀法制得的Zr(OH)4和Y(OH)3为前驱体,在碱性条件下水热合成了ZrO2-Y2O3纳米晶;利用XRD,N2吸附脱附等温线,TEM 等表征手段考察了材料的物理化学性质。实验结果显示氧化钇的掺杂量高于5%时才能得到稳定的立方晶相,水热合成的8%Y2O3稳定的 ZrO2(YSZ)材料为高分散、粒径小(5-6 nm)且分布狭窄、具有高比表面积(约150 m2·g-1)的纳米颗粒;合适的干燥方法可减小颗粒团聚;考察了YSZ样晶的烧结性能,结果显示样品具有良好的烧结活性,900℃其晶粒即开始显著长大,1200℃烧结相对致密度高达93.9%。ZrO2-Y2O3 nanociystallites were hydrothermally synthesized in basic media using Zr(OH)4 and Y(OH)3 as precursors which were co-precipitated from the solution of ZrOCl2 and Y (NO3 )3. The products were characterized by X-ray power diffraction (XRD) , N2 adsorption and desorption isotherm and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results show that when the doping content of yttria is above 5% , cubicphased nanocrystallites can be formed. The as-synthesized 8 % yttria stablized zirconia ( YSZ ) powder was well-dispersed and had an average grain size of 5 - 6 nm and a specific surface area of about 150 m2 ·g-1. Proper drying method can decrease the agglomeration of the sample. The sintering behaviors of YSZ were investigated by means of XRD and the Archimedes method. The results show that the sample has a good sinterability. The grain grows dramatically when the firing temperature is above 900 ℃ and the density of the sample sintered at 1200 ℃ can achieve a relative density of 93.9 % of the theoretical density.
