价值工程理论在催化装置垫片改造中的应用

摘　　要：针对催化装置工程建设的超过概算的现象,运用价值工程理论,将原设计所使用的波齿复合垫片改为石墨缠绕垫片,使投资此项的工程费用降低了原概算的三分之二左右,有效地控制了工程投资。For the phenomenon of over budgetary estimate in engineering construction of catalysis plant,the theory of value engineering has been used to control engineering investment effectively.The spiral-wound gaskets with flexible graphite replace the corrugate metal sheet composite gaskets used in the original design. The decrease of the engineering cost is about two-thirds of the original budgetary estimate.
