张家港鼓励玩具等转签别国应对新普惠制  

Zhangjiagang's new measure against EU's GSP:encourage toy enterprises to seek for new export market

摘　　要：张家港检验检疫局在去年普惠制签证首次突破一万份,达到13000份的基础上,今年1至5月普惠制签证再次升起了红旗,共签发普惠制原产地证书5818份,金额达20308万美元。按普惠制税率6%折算,该局共帮助张家港市出口商品在给惠国获得减免关税超亿元。针对欧盟不断减少我国的受惠产品、张家港市出口拳头产品中的塑料制品、化学品、鞋类、玩具等均不再享受欧盟普惠待遇的现状,张家港局既不是消极停止签证。Chinese toys will not be able to enjoy reference after the new GSP arrangement is effective. Facing such disadvantageous condition, Zhangjiagang encourages toy enterprises to seek for new export market, such as ASEAN and Bangkok. Zhangjiagang also introduces new preference to the enterprises, in the hope of promoting Zhangjiagang toy industry's development and export.
