摘　　要：高校教师科技绩效评价体系存在的种种问题已严重阻碍了高校发挥创新知识、人才培养、服务社会的职能,本文针对目前高校教师科技绩效评价中存在的一些问题,提出了改革完善现行高校科技绩效评价制度和建立科学的科技绩效评价体系的建议。There are some problems in S&T performance evaluation of teachers in colleges and universities.They counterwork the colleges and universities to make knowledge,cultivate person with ability and serve the society. This paper analyses the problems exist in the S&T performance evaluation of teachers in colleges and universities, and gives some advice on how to improve the evaluation system and establish the scientific S&T performance evalua- tion system.
