摘  要:采用SCF-Xα-SW方法对Ba(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3(BMN)体系进行电子结构计算,预测了BMN材料的介电性能.以Nb2O5作为起始原料,运用热碱反应合成Nb2O5.nH2O胶体,而后与钡、镁醋酸盐共混反应合成BMN粉末.利用该简便且成本低廉的湿化学工艺,得到了平均粒径为100 nm的单相BMN纳米粉末.通过对烧结后的BMN陶瓷的性能测量,发现该陶瓷具有较佳的微波介电特性(Q为10397.8,1.45 GHz).The electronic structure of Ba(Mg_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))O_3(BMN) material was calculated and its dielectric properties were also forecasted.Nanometric BMN powders were synthesized by easily operated and inexpensive wet chemical route.In the process,Nb_2O_5·nH_2O colloid can be attained through the reaction between precursor Nb_2O_5 and melting alkali.When mixed it with barium acetate and magnesium acetate as a certain proportion,nanometric BMN powders were finally fabricated by these mixtures after heat treatment,experimental results have indicated that the average particle size is 100nm.By means of measurement,the as sintered nano-ceramic has excellent microwave dielectric properties,i.e.Q=10?397.8 at 1.45?GHz.
