摘  要:针对新庄、杨楼油田蒸汽吞吐生产中光油管注汽时热损失大,影响开发效果及地层胶结差,注汽时固井水泥环易受到破坏,造成管外窜的问题,开发研究了139.7mm套管井隔热注采工艺技术。介绍了管柱的组成、原理及技术特点,还介绍了与管柱配套使用的工具。该技术可以实现注采一体化,充分利用油层热效,使注采之间紧密衔接,可以减少作业工作量,作业占产时间,抢拿高峰期产量。In consideration of the problem of big heat loses,influencing development effect and poor consolidation in formation as bare tubing is used for steam injection,cement annulus is damaged easily in steam injection and channeling is caused outside the tubing during the steam soak in Xinzhuang and Yanglou Oilfields,a technique for heat insulation and injection and production inφ139.7mm casing wells is developed,the composition,principle and technical properties of the strings and tools matched with the strings are introduced.The unification of injection and production can be recognized by the technique,by which the heat efficiency can be fully used to closely integrate injection and production for reducing operation cost,thus to ensure a peak production.
