摘  要:桩74块特低渗油藏由于注入污水硬度高,导致地层结垢堵塞严重,注水井吸水能力下降,欠注矛盾突出。在污水结垢机理和软化处理研究的基础上,确定了氢氧化钠沉淀法进行水质软化处理的工艺。污水处理后,水质指标达到了桩74低渗油藏的注水要求,防止了地层结垢,改善了油层吸水能力,提高了区块注水开发效果。In the super-low permeability reservoir of Zhuang Block 74,because of high hardness of injected sewage,serious scaled blockoff is caused in formation and water absorption capacity is low in the injection well,where contradiction of less injection is obvious.On the basis of studying the mechanism of sewage scaling and its softening treatment,the technique for water quality soft process with sodium hydroxide precipitation method is determined.After process,the water quality meets the requirements of water injection in Zhuang Block 74,by which scaling is prevented,absorption capacity is improved and the production effect is promoted.
