摘 要:噪声在线自动监测是我国噪声监测的趋势和最终目标.基于中国在环境噪声在线自动监测系统项目上的欠缺,哈尔滨市环保局信息中心对此进行了研究.该文介绍了噪声在线自动监测系统结构,及系统全天候控制的设计.该次监测以哈尔滨市作为试点,将2003年区域环境噪声监测的216个网格的监测结果作为样本,应用统计分析方法,进行点位优化.在优化后的26个监测点上进行噪声在线自动监测,并将监测结果与2004年区域网格监测结果进行对比检验.结果表明,优化后所测得的环境噪声等效声级平均值、标准差和网格法测得的差值均小于1 dB(A),测量结果间无显著性差异.但考虑到城市改建及噪声的特点,目前应该两种方法相结合,并适当增加流动测点.The online automatic monitoring system of noise is a trend and a final goal of noise monitoring in China.The Information Center of Harbin Environmental Protection Bureau studied this subject due to the deficiency of the online automatic monitoring system of noise in China.The structure of the system and the design of the all-weather control were introduced.Harbin,the capital of Heilongjiang Province,was selected as an experimental unit.The 216 networks of the area environmental noise in 2003 were optimized by mathematical statistic method to achieve optimized sites.The 26 optimized sites were monitored automatically,and the monitoring data were compared with those of area network in 2004.The results indicated that the difference between the results of the equivalent sound level and standard deviation measured by optimization method and network method were all less than 1 dB(A),and there was no significant difference between these two methods.But,considering the effect of the urban development and the characteristics of noise,it is necessary to combine these two methods and add the unfixed monitoring sites.
