摘　　要：针对地地战术导弹火力计划制作中目标分析所存在的问题,引入目标功能易损度的概念,并提出了基于目标功能易损度的毁伤效果指标建模的思想。根据目标功能受损情况,归纳出三类毁伤效果指标常用的建模方法:效能模型、失效模型及基于毁伤的保障度模型。以航空母舰及机场为例,说明了方法的有效性。Being aimed at the target analysis problem in surface to surface missile fire program,then draws into the idea of target function vulnerable degree,moreover proposes the idea of damage effect index model building which are based on target function vulnerable degree.According to the damage of target function,it generalizes three kinds of modeling method used by damage effect index:efficiency model,invalidation model and guarantee degree model based on damage. Finally,this paper presents the concrete calculation example with aircraft carrier and airfield as instance and shows the effectiveness of this method.
