Parameter Limit Determination for Crude-oil Low-temperature Gathering in Xingbei Development Area at Extra-high Water Cut Stage

摘  要:建立了一套测试油井产出液流型的试验装置,以杏北开发区特高含水期油井产出的油气水混合物为试验介质,测试了不同温度、不同含水率、不同产液量及不同含气量情况下的压降及油气水混合物的流动状态。试验结果表明,在含水率超过85%、产液量为24.41~77.55m3/d、质量含水率为78.2%~93.6%、气油比为30~255m3/t、气相折算速度为0.5~4 m/s的条件下,油、气、水混合物流型均为冲击流,油、水流动状态主要有4种类型。在不加任何药剂的情况下,特高含水采油期,油气水安全混输温度界限为25℃,低于原油的凝固点。A device is set up for testing flow type of produced fluids,the mixture of oil,gas and water produced in the wells at the high water cut stage in Xingbei Development Area is used as a medium to test the flowing conditions of pressure drawdown and the mixture under different temperatures,different water cuts,different fluid productions and different gas contents.The result shows that under the conditions of water cut being over 85%,fluid production rate being 24.41~77.55m^3/d,water content being 78.2%~93.6%,gas-oil ratio being 30~255m^3/t,gas reduced velocity being 0.5~4m/s,the flow pattern of oil,gas and water is impact type,water flow type is divided into 4 types,the limited temperature of 25℃ for the safety mixing gathering of oil,gas and water is lower than pour point.
