影响预交联体膨颗粒调剖剂膨胀倍数的因素分析

摘　　要：预交联体膨颗粒是新近提出的一种油田用新型深度调剖剂。它是一种高分子聚合物,在地面环境下交联,然后经烘干、干燥、粉碎等工艺过程形成的颗粒凝胶。在试验室内测定了油田用2种不同粒径体膨型颗粒调剖剂膨胀倍数的外界影响因素,分别测定了温度影响、盐离子浓度影响、pH值影响及粒径影响,并初步分析了造成影响的原因。Pre-crosslinking swell particle is newly proposed deep profile control agent used in oilfields. It is a high molecular polymer, it is formed under the surface conditions and then the particle gel is created by drying and grinding it. The external factors influencing on the swell multiple of the particle profile control agent is detected, which made up of 2 different sized particles. The influences of temperature, the concentration of salt ions, pH and particle size are detected respectively. The influence factors are initially analyzed.
