中原油田漏失井固井工艺技术及应用

摘　　要：中原油田是一个典型的复杂断块油气田,根据中原油田漏失井的特点,提出了漏失井固井的工艺技术有:坚持做好钻井完井过程中的防漏堵漏工作;前置低密度钻井液固井法与双密度水泥浆固井法;外引内推固井工艺技术解决下完套管漏失井固井问题;紊流+塞流固井工艺技术;局部防窜、全井防漏。2004年完成各类漏失井固井17口井,实现了易漏失井固井施工一次成功率100%,取得了固井质量合格率100%,固井质量优良率94.1%的好成绩。Zhongyuan Oilfield is a typical complex fault block oil and gas field,based on the characters of its well leakoff,the techniques are proposed for leakoff well completion,which include that leakoff prevention and its control shall be down during the drilling and completion,methods for cementing with low density prepad fluid and double density slurry and technique for completion with 'internal-leading and external-push' are deployed to solve the problems of cased well leakoff completion;techniques for completion with turbulent flow and plug flow,local channeling prevention,overall leakoff control are used.In 2004 completion for 17 of various leakoff wells was performed with success rate of 100% for once completion for easily leakoff wells,its acceptance rate is 100%,of which 94.1% is excellent.
