摘　　要：根据生产中的难题,研制成功了XJFB防偏磨抽稠泵。该泵具有以下特点:①防偏磨;②适用于稠油井、高油气比井和大斜度井;③提高泵效特点;④现场操作性强特点。已经在现场应用45口井,成功解决了偏磨井治理在少投入情况下的有效延长油井免修期的问题,成功解决了稠油井、高油气比井、大斜度井的低成本、高泵效生产的问题,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益,应用前景广阔。In consideration of the problems caused in production,XJFB oil pump for eccentrically worn resistance is developed,the pump has the characteristics,such as :①eccentrically worn resistance;②suitable for viscous oil well, high oil-gas ratio wells and highly inclined holes;③improving pumping efficiency;④high operating performance.The pump is used in 45 wells,by which the effect,of long maintenance-free period and using less cost for the eccentrically worn well prevention and reducing the cost of viscous oil wells,high oil-gas ratio wells,highly inclined wells and improving pumping efficiency are obtained successfully with better economic and social efficiency,and it has wide prospects of application.
