摘  要:许多稠油井、注聚井游梁式抽油机因为油稠、负荷重,采用目前的曲柄平衡存在平衡不足(四块平衡均调到头),且其效果差,平衡率低,耗能增加。游梁式抽油机游梁复合平衡技术就是针对这一目标而进行的一种高耗井的节能装置,能改善游梁式抽油机的平衡效果,显著改善抽油机连杆和曲柄销的受力情况,提高抽油机的运行效率,改变减速器扭矩,降低电动机运行的均方根电流;既能达到提高平衡率的目的,又有明显的节能效果。In many viscous oil wells and polymer injection wells,because of viscous oil and heavy load,the crank-balanced unit used is lacking balance and its effect is poor with low balance rate,thus energy consumption is raised.A beam-balanced composite walk beam pump unit can be used for the purpose of energy saving for high energy consumption wells,by which the balanced effect of the walk beam pumping unit can be improved,force applied on the crank and connecting rod can be improved obviously,the efficiency of pumping unit is raised and the torque of reducer is changed and as well as the square root current of the motor is reduced to improve the balance rate with evident effect of energy saving.
