摘　　要：PHS有效地扩展了传统市话的业务能力,提高了现有电话网的竞争能力。软交换则是传统电信网向下一代网络(NGN)演进的关键技术之一,已成为通信业界研究的热点。文中研究了基于上述两种技术结合的PHS系统软交换接入技术及其实现。首先介绍了PHS系统和SIP协议,然后设计了PHS系统与SIP协议结合的架构,最后给出了主要的信令流程图。PHS effectively expands the service capability of traditional telephone system and enhances the competition strength of the existing telephone network. Softswitch, on the other hand, as a promising technology for the traditional telecommunication network to evolve into the NGN (Next Generation Network), has been a hotspot investigated by the telecommunication field. The paper studied the PHS system soft switch access technology based on the integration of these two technologies. First of all, it introduced the PHS system and SIP protocol. Then it presented a design of the construct of the combination of the PHS and SIP. Finally, it introduced a major picture of signal flow.
