某公司综合管理信息系统的建设与开发实践

摘　　要：本系统采用VB6.0结合网络数据库SQLServer2000设计完成,主要综合了入网客户管理、客户来访管理、库房管理、采购管理、员工管理以及公司内部文件传递的自动化管理等功能。实现这些功能的目的是为使公司能依据客户的信息需求制定产品需求计划从而达到减少库存、优化库存的管理目标,缩短销售周期及降低销售成本;实现企业内部的相互监督和相互促进;为企业实现及时的上情下达、下情上报的有效信息交流;实现多操作点的信息共享,相互之间的信息传递要做到准确、快捷和顺畅;系统要方便可靠,有较高的安全性,满足实用性、先进性和经济性的要求。This system is designed and finished by adopting VB6.0 to combine SQL Server2000.It mainly includes: In-Net-Customer's information management, Interview-Customer's information management, storehouse management, purchasing management, staff management and the functions of the automatic management inside the company. The purposes of realizing the functions are to enable the company make the products according to the customer's information demand and achieve reducing stock, optimize the management objectives held in store, shorten and sell cycle and reduce the selling cost, realize the mutual supervision inside enterprises and mutually promote a higher levels known, effective information interchange reported of conditions at the lower levels in time, and the information sharing, transmission accomplished accurately, swiftly and smoothly. The system should be convenient and reliable with higher securities, satisfied practicability, advanced and economic.
