我国自然资源物权法律制度探析

摘　　要：我国尚未形成一套具有财产属性和动态流转性的自然资源物权法律体系,导致自然资源破坏和浪费严重、资源效益得不到充分发挥。我们应逐步完善我国自然资源物权法律制度,使资源物权具有动态流转性,真正实现资源使用权的物权化,尽快为建立一个高效率的自然资源利用机制打下良好的法律基础。It has had attribute of property and natural resources real right legal system of the dynamic circulation that our country has not formed one set yet,cause the natural resources to destroy and waste seriously,the resource benefit can not be given full play to.We should perfect the legal system of real right of natural resources of our country progressively,make the resource real right have dynamic circulation,really realize the real right of resource right to use,lay the good legal foundation in order to set up a high-efficiency mechanism of natural utilization of resources as soon as possible.
