摘　　要：分析读者心理需求,是做好高校图书馆优质服务工作的前提。对于教师,要从学科和年龄来分析;对于学生,可从四种阅读心态来分析;对于社会读者,可从其工作性质和工作需求等方面来分析。总之,分析读者的心理需求,有利于发挥高校图书馆文化育人的功能。The premise of analysing reader's psychological demand and bettering service of library in university:for teachers,analyse subject and age,for students,from four kinds of reading psychology,for social readers,based on their work characteristics and requirement.In brief,analysing readers' psychological demand benefits to give full play to educative function of library.
