摘　　要：金鸡水库于1972年10月动工兴建,在运行过程中曾进行过7次大的整险加固措施。从金鸡水库大坝的地质条件、坝体填筑质量、坝顶高程复核及坝体稳定分析几方面对大坝进行了安全性评价,结论为其安全性不合格,给出了除险加固的建议,并说明了金鸡水库的范本作用。The Jinji reservoir was started to built in October of 1972 and it has been reinforced for 7 times after that. Based on a serious analysis of the geologic condition, the piled quality, the high check and the stability of the dam, this article summarizes that Jinji Dam, as a bad example, is disqualified in terms of the safety evaluation, and some suggestions are also provided for reinforcement.
