摘　　要：介绍了马钢一铁总厂抽风环冷机存在的问题及进行整体优化改造的必要性。详细阐述了其优化改造的思路及具体实施方案。指出了该改造的创新之处和优良效果,尤其是水密封等新技术的成功运用。Existing problems in the annular cooler at the No.1 General Ironmaking Plant of Masteel and the necessity of overall optimization reformation are presented. The idea and actual approach in the project are discussed in detail. New concepts in the project, especially the successful application of water sealing technology, and the good results achieved, are stated.
