马钢第一炼铁总厂“三改二”高炉改造实践

摘　　要：马钢第一炼铁总厂"三改二"高炉改造设计中采用了多项新技术、新工艺和新设备,其中,干法煤气净化系统、水冲渣系统、TRT余压发电系统、槽下布袋除尘系统和热风炉拱顶采用悬链线型等在我厂高炉改造中均为首次采用。投产第二个月高炉利用系数已达到3.1t/m3·d以上,入炉焦比440kg/t,创我厂高炉开炉最快达产记录。Various new techniques, processes and equipments have been adopted in the design of the '3 to 2' Blast Furnace Reconstruction Project at the No.1 General Ironmaking Plant of Masteel, among them the dry gas-purification system, the slag water-flushing system, the TRT electricity-generation system using residual pressure, the bag dedusting system and the hot-blast stove with a catenary arch are all used for the very first time at the plant. Only in the second month of production of the new plant, the productivity ratio and charge coke ratio already exceeded 3.1t/m3·d and 440kg/t respectively, marking the fastest BF on-stream of the plant.
