摘  要:用混合煤气(高炉煤气掺混焦炉煤气)加热的焦炉,在进行空气过剩系数α值的计算时,需要计算对应混合比(体积混合比)下的K值。如果按照K值的定义式进行计算,则计算量很大。笔者推导出特定煤气组成情况下煤气混合比与K值之间的关系,并发现常用混合比范围内(3%~5%)煤气K值与混合比间存在良好的线性关系,可以方便K值的计算。It is necessary to obtain the K-value under the corresponding mixing ratio before calculating the air excess coefficient α for the coke oven heated with mixed gas of BFG and COG. The calculation will be very complicated if it is done in accordance with the definition formula of the K-value. The author deduced the relation between the mixing ratio and K-value for specific gas compositions, and found that there is good linear relationship between the gas K-values and mixing ratios within the commonly used range of 3%~5%. With this knowledge the calculation of the K-value can be greatly simplified.
