摘　　要：本文就户式中央空调进一步发展中需要面对的问题展开讨论,指出目前需要开发具有节能性、良好室内空气品质和很好的冬季制热特性以及能实现一机多用的户式中央空调机组。同时对其设计中的冷热负荷、同时使用系数和邻室系数等进行了讨论,指出在施工和验收中需要注意的问题。The problem that effecting the further development of Residential Central Air Conditioner (RCAC) is discussed. It is pointed that the new designed RCAC unit should be of the performance of energy saving, good Indoor Air Quality (IAQ), excellent heating character and diversity utility. The determination of cooling and heating load, simultaneous using factor, adjacent room factor are discussed and some problems for design and construction of Residential Central Air Conditioning System are pointed out.
