摘　　要：本文介绍并对比了4种厨房排烟控制措施,并从系统的组成、节能和舒适性等角度出发,分析了按需通风的厨房排烟系统的优越性,这是值得大力提倡的厨房通风方式。This article introduces four kinds of automatic control strategies. Analyzes the benefits of the kitchen hoods using demand ventilation from the configuration, energy saving, comfort,and so on. Consequently, the demand ventilation system is worth using widely in kitchen.
