摘　　要：在概述NGN国际标准化研究组织及其相互关系的基础上,介绍了ITU-T关于NGN研究的最新进展。重点介绍NGN专题研究组(FGNGN)的研究动态,包括NGN业务需求、框架体系架构、服务质量、安全能力、网络演进和未来分组网络等6个方面的研究情况。Following a brief description of international NGN standardization development organizations and their(relationship),introduction is provided to the state of the art of NGN research within ITU-T.Emphasis is placed on the progress of the Focus Group on NGN(FGNGN),including that on NGN service(requirement),framework and architecture,QoS,security capability,network evolution and the future packet-based network.
