固定电话网智能化及面向下一代网络的演进

摘　　要：随着通信技术的发展,固定电话语音业务正在逐步向移动业务和数据业务转变,固定电话网运营商业务量增长乏力。为适应这种转变,传统的固定电话网必须通过引入新的技术进行改造、演进来适应发展的需求。介绍了固定电话网引入智能用户属性寄存器(SHLR)进行网络智能化改造的解决方案,并结合NGN、3G技术的发展,论述了固定电话网向下一代网络演进、固定电话网与移动网络逐步融合的总体思路。With the development of the communication technology,the fixed-line network service has been greatly challenged by the mobile network service and IP network service,and thus feels it hard to advance.(Facing) such a challenge,the fixed network must introduce technology innovation.This paper introduces the solution to implementing network intelligence on the fixed network by calling in smart home location register(SHLR).Besides,by considering the development of the NGN and 3G technologies,it discusses the blueprint for the development of the next generation fixed network and gradual convergence of the fixed network and mobile network.
