提高灌区灌溉水利用率的措施研究

摘　　要：2006年内蒙古托克托灌区利用世行贷款进行了改造,建立了农民用水户协会,本文通过灌区现场调查,对灌区的运行管理机制等进行了研究,提出了提高灌区灌溉水利用率的措施。应用指数模型对农民用水户协会成立后灌溉水利用率的变化做了定性分析,并得到提高灌区灌溉水利用率相应结论。Tuoketuo Irrigation District in Inner Mongolia in 2006 by the World Bank loan for the reconstruction,and the WUA was established,the paper made a field investigation for the Irrigation District,operation and management of the irrigation system were studied,proposed to improve water efficiency measures in irrigation districts.Exponential model for the establishment of WUA changes in utilization of irrigation water to do a qualitative analysis,and got the the corresponding results of improving Irrigation water use efficiency.
