摘　　要：为了全面提高学报论文的编辑质量,应用科技研文写作原理与资料信息整理归纳分析的方法;探讨学报摘要的撰写与编辑进步方法。摘要一般以目的、方法、结果和结论四要素组成。独立性、自明性、准确性和逻辑性是其鲜明的特点。文摘既有能让读者快捷了解论文主要内容的作用,又有为科技文献检索数据库的建设和维护提供方便的功能。认真执行摘要编写规范、与作者加强沟通,使摘要能更准确、简明扼要地体现整篇文章的核心内容,为论文科学技术信息的传播应用发挥捷径作用。To improve the editing quality of journal paper comprehensively,the writing principles of scientific papers as well as the inductive analysis of information and materials are applied,meanwhile,we study the new approaches to write and edit the Abstracts of journal papers.Basically,an Abstract is composed of an objective,methods,results and a conclusion,with the distinct characteristics of independence,self-vividness,correctness,and logicality.Not only can the Abstracts make readers get the main points fast,they also supply some conveniences to the construction and maintenance of the scientific technical information data base.Abiding by the editing criterion of the Abstracts and communicating closely with the author,which makes the Abstracts present the main contents of the paper more accurate and more concise,is a shortcut to the broadcast and the application of scientific technological information in the paper.
