西部地区大学生创业现状问题与对策分析——基于广西的调查和统计分析

摘　　要：创业带动就业是党的十七大提出的重要举措,促进西部地区大学生创业是当前形势下的重要任务。通过对广西大学生创业现状的调查,对广西部分高校大学生进行了访谈,发现广西大学生创业者数量少,是由于大学生缺乏精神动力,高校的创业教育缺乏基础实践和创业的大环境建设和落实程度不够等原因,提出了要转变就业观念,加强创业教育,加强协作整合、完善创业服务体系等措施。Entrepreneurship promotes employment,which is the significant move proposed in the16th National People’s Congress.Enhancing entrepreneurship of college students in western China is our important mission in the present situation.The survey on entrepreneurial status of college students in Guangxi,along with the interview with them shows that there are fewer student entrepreneurs in Guangxi because of lack of spiritual dynamic and basic practice in entrepreneurship education,and insufficient entrepreneurship environment construction and implementation degree.Therefore,the article argues that the first priority is to be given to changing employment concept.Next,entrepreneurship education should be intensified.Last but not the least,collaboration should be strengthened and innovation service system be improved.
