摘　　要：“十五”期间,天津市开展了生态环境监测工作,并取得了一定成绩,但由于生态监测指标体系和技术手段的不完善,生态监测的继续开展仍存在着一定的问题。从今后环境保护的实际需求出发,提出了天津市开展生态监测的总体构想。Achievements were made in the ecological monitoring in Tianjin during the 10th Five Year Plan period.However,problems still exist in the further development of ecological monitor due to technical issues including the indicator system.Based on practical requirements of environmental protection,a new framework for ecological monitor was proposed in Tianjin.
