摘　　要：对任何系统来说,测量都是十分重要和必不可少的工作,光纤通信系统中的测量也是如此。光纤的生产,光收/发端机各组成部件的设计和制造、光纤通信系统的正确设计和正确维护,都以测量获得的数据作为可靠依据。As far as any system is concerned,measurement is very necessary and indispensable.The same is true with optics fiber digital communication measurement.Scientific data from the measurements are the solid foundation on which optics fiber is produced,components its receiving and emitting light instruments are designed,and its system is designed and maintained properly.The article deals with measurement of inlet and outlet index of light emission instrument,and then measurement of systematic properties parameters.
