摘　　要：目的从文献计量学角度分析2000-2009年我国血吸虫病研究领域的发展。方法以美国IslwebofScience的ScienceCitationIndexExpanded（SCIE）引文数据库为检索对象，检索2000-2009年间SCIE收录的有关我国血吸虫病和血吸虫学方面的文献，分别对不同机构、著者的发文量、被引频次，文献来源期刊及论文学科分布、h指数等进行统计分析。结果2000～009年间我国发表血吸虫病和血吸虫相关文献527篇，分布于100种期刊；各年发表的文献数量总体上呈上升趋势；主要学科分布为寄生虫学，热带医学，公共、环境和职业卫生学．免疫学及生物化学与分子生物学。2000-2009年我国血吸虫病研究领域的论文数量、被引频次等取得了较大发展，但与美国、澳大利亚等发达国家相比，无论是国家、机构、作者发文量，还是被引频次及h指数，仍然存在差距。结论近年来，我国在血吸虫病领域研究发展较快，但与发达国家相比仍有较大差距。中国血防工作者需进一步提高血防科研水平和论文质量。Objective To understand the progress in schistosomiasis research in China from 2000 to 2009 using a bibliornetric approach. Methods Literatures about schistosomiasis or schistosome were searched from Science Citation Index Expanded of Web of Science dat,~~mse. The results were analyzed concerning the number and frequency of articles cited by institutions and authors, publication journals, research subject distribution and h-index. Results A total o/527 schistosomiasis/schistosome-associated papers were published in 100 journals from 2000 to 2009, covering parasitology, tropical medicine, public, environmental and professional hygiene, immunology and biochemistry and molecular biology. China has made a great progress in schistosomiasis research in the past 10 years, including paper publications, citations, etc. However, there were still some gaps in publications, citations and h-index compared with the developed countries like USA and Australia. Conclusion The research of schistosomiasis has made rapid progress in China, however, there is still some distance with the developed countries. We should improve the research level and the papcr quality.
