摘　　要：机舱被誉为船舶的心脏,为船舶提供主要动力来源.优化机舱管理将对航运效率和安全提供有效保障.结合机舱管理实际,讨论如何运用第四代管理系统的理论进行轮机管理的优化.The engine room,which is considered as the heart of a ship,offer the main power to the shipping.The effective marine engine management will improve the shipping efficiency and enhance the safety of shipping.The fourth-generation management system is a useful theory to optimize the marine engine management.Combined with the actual the marine engine management,this paper make the discussion an how to use the theory of fourth-generation management system to optimize the marine engine management.
