摘　　要：对少年网球运动员来说,启萌教练对其正确指导,培训以及教练的优良作风和应具备的专业素质是至关重要的。就此问题对少年网球教练员在教学与训练过程,应具备的专项技术、理论、教学法与训练法,以及如何树立教练员威信等业务素质方面加以探讨,并提出在网球执教过程所需的知识和解决问题的方法建议,仅供少年网球训练界同仁参考。It is very important for the enlightened coach to teach, train in proper way and possess the fine style of work and professional quality. In the paper,the author introduces the special technology,theory,teaching and training methods,and how to establish the coach's prestige during teaching and training process The author also suggests that the coaches should possess the knowledge and solution to the problems. The article is reference only to the teenage tennis coaches.
