论高校体育与健康教育对大学生身心健康的影响

摘　　要：现代社会对未来高等专业人才的身体素质和心理素质的要求是越来越高,而社会对大学生的业务能力、专业水平、心理素质的期望值更高。这就要求高校体育改革应面对大学生的现状和社会对现代人才的需求,探索加强体育教育和对学生心理健康教育新的结合型教学模式和方法。建议教育主管部门对目前高校体育教学大纲教材做相应的调整,加强大学生心理健康教育,积极探讨和实践结合型教学模式,使体育教育在高校素质教育中发挥更大作用。The demands of body quality and psychological quality of the professional personnel in institution of higher learning are needed higher and higher by modem society,while the professional ability, the level and psychological quality are expected even higher.This means the reform must be faced with the current conditions of the students and the requirements of the modem talents of the society. So we must explore the teaching model and method of enhancing P. E.education and sound in mind educatioon to the students.The authors suggest the department responsible for the educational work should adjust the textbook relevantly, enhance the sound in mind education for the students and research and practice teaching model,making P. E.education bring into play in the quality education of institution of higher learning.
