摘　　要：目的 探讨CD44-V6与结肠癌临床病理学指标的关系。方法用免疫组化的方法观察CD44-V6在结肠癌中的表达,分析其与年龄、淋巴结转移、分化和分期的关系。结果 大肠癌组织CD44-V6阳性表达率68.1％(49/72)。淋巴结转移阳性者CD44-V6阳性表达率为88.6％,高于淋巴结转移阴性者(18/37),P<0.05。Dukes分期C、D期CD44-V6阳性表达率(81.8％)高于Dukes分期A、B期(46.4％)。结论 随着病期的发展,CD44-V6的阳性表达率增加,其可能在肿瘤的预后估计和治疗指导中有较好的应用价值。Objective To evaluate the expression of CD44-V6 in colon cancer and assess its clinicalpathological significance. Methods Immunochemical stain were performed in 72 patients,and the ralationship of CD44-V6 positivity and age, stage, lymphnode matastasis, and differentiation was analysized. Results CD44-6Vexpression correlated with lymphnode matastasis and Dukes stage. Conclusion CD44-V6 can reflect the development of colon cancer,and it may be an important prognosis factor.
