摘　　要：改革开放以来,我国吸收的外商直接投资(FDI)日益增多。本文从规模、来源地、利用方式、行业结构和地域分布几个角度研究了我国吸收FDI的特点,并由此分析了未来可能出现的趋势,最后提出了我国在利用FDI时应注意的问题。China has been making good use of more and more FDI（Foreign Direct Investment） since Reform and Opening.From the dimensions of scale,trade source,usage system,regional allocation and industry structure,this essay dives into what China＇s FDI absorption capacity like and specifically predicts potential trends in the future.And in the end,it ends up with some points that need to be aware of when China turns FDI into actual use.
