摘　　要：文章论述了新时期企业档案工作在管理手段、管理方式上已经大大区别于传统的档案管理,信息化、人性化、服务化的发展趋势对当前的企业档案管理工作提出了新的挑战。如何做好新时期企业档案工作是每个档案管理机构和档案管理人员必须认真思考的重要问题。In the new period,the archives work of enterprises is greatly different from the traditional ones in ladder of management and management style.Due to the development trend of informationization,humanization and the servicesation,the management for archives is facing new challenges.It is an important issue for each agency and personnel of file management to think about how to do archives works of enterprises well in new period.
