摘　　要：目的　探讨经输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗泌尿系结石的临床疗效。方法　总结应用经输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗 35 6例的临床资料。结果　一次性原位碎石成功率 82 %(2 92 /35 6 ) ;并发症发生率 7%(2 5 /35 6 ) ,其中输尿管穿孔 4例 ,输尿管狭窄 4例。结论　该治疗方法安全、简便、高效、适应症广 ;即使发生输尿管穿孔也不应视为进一步碎石的禁忌症。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of treatment of urinary calculi with ureteroscope and pneumatic lithotriptor. Methods 356 cases of urinary calculi were treated with pneumatic lithotriptor under ureteroscope since May 2000. The clinical data were analyzed. Results The successful rate of fragmented in the first one treatment session was 82% (292/356). The complications occurred in 7%(25/356), the urethral perforation was in 4 and urethral stricture in 4. Conclusion The treatment of urinary calculi with ureteroscope and pneumatic lithotriptor has been safe and effective. This method should be comprehensively applied in the clinic.
